Come and relax seaside....in this large 3 bedroom Penthouse. Available for long term stay You will experience magnificent beach and ocean views from the large balcony. The apartment is a quiet space as there is only 2 blocks on the whole beach front.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Step onto the beach from the pool area.

Enjoy a long beachside promenade, restaurants and coffee shops and bakery very close by. Airport shuttle stops just outside the building. Shopping mall close by. Town only 5km away.

Sao Martinho is a quaint and peaceful area. From the apartment you have:

There is a white shuttle bus that leaves from the airport every 30 min. Last stop on bus is Praia Formosa, stops outside the apartment building. approx 45 min journey from airport. Enquire with us for timetables of bus.
Public bus stop is a 5 min walk (there are some stairs)
Taxis can be called to the reception
Wonderful things to do are walking distance away (restaurants, bars, promenades,natural rock pools,trails)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
